Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy. Most of our content is digital and a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our work.

Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our 1:1 Services, Coaching Programs, Masterminds, Courses or other Group Programs (and no exceptions). The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds due to the time-intensive nature of our services and Intellectual Property.

Non-refundable:

* Private 1:1 Coaching/mentorship services

* Masterminds/group coaching programs
* Gift cards

* Group programs

* Self-study programs/courses (on the whole)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
No sale items may be refunded in addition to regular-priced services or products.

Exchanges

There are no exchanges.

Shipping
At this time, we don’t provide physical products. If that changes, to return your product, you should mail your product to 85 Stagecoach Circle, Milford, CT, 06460, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
